本网站 waymarkenergy.com 由源见 Waymark Energy（以下简称"我们"）运营。我们是一个连接海外新能源项目与中国投资人的信息平台，并提供投融资顾问服务。

如对本说明或你的个人数据有任何问题，请发送邮件至 info@waymarkenergy.com。该邮箱也是我们的数据保护联系渠道。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

你主动提交的信息：在提交海外项目、收购需求或咨询时，你填写的公司名称、联系人姓名、工作邮箱、项目所在国家、规模、阶段等项目或投资信息，以及咨询问题和说明。

订阅信息：订阅资讯时填写的邮箱和语言偏好。

技术信息：为保障网站正常运行和安全，我们的服务提供商 Cloudflare 可能处理访问日志，例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型和访问时间。

我们不使用广告或跨站跟踪类 Cookie。管理后台的登录验证会使用必要的安全 Cookie，仅限管理员使用。

3. 我们如何使用这些信息

审核你提交的内容，并通过你留下的邮箱与你联系、回复咨询。

在你同意的范围内，为买卖双方提供匹配。平台只会发布经你确认的匿名摘要，任何进一步披露都需要你另行确认。

在你订阅后发送行业资讯。正式开始发送前，我们会先通知已登记的用户，你可以随时退订。

维护网站安全，防止滥用和垃圾提交，以及遵守适用的法律要求。

4. 我们如何披露这些信息

我们不会出售你的个人数据。

只有在以下情况下，我们才会向第三方提供你的信息：(1) 你另行明确同意向特定的潜在交易对方披露；(2) 为我们提供网站托管和数据库服务的服务商（目前为 Cloudflare），它们仅按我们的指示处理数据；(3) 法律法规或监管机构要求。

5. 存储地点与跨境传输

你的信息存放在 Cloudflare 提供的数据库中，相关服务器可能位于新加坡以外的国家或地区。我们会采取合理措施，确保这些数据得到与新加坡《个人数据保护法》（PDPA）要求相当的保护。

6. 保存期限

我们只在实现上述目的所需的期间内保存你的信息。一般情况下，会在与你最后一次联系后 24 个月内删除；你也可以随时要求我们提前删除，法律另有要求的除外。

7. 你的权利

你可以要求查阅或更正我们持有的你的个人数据，也可以撤回同意、要求删除或退订资讯。请发送邮件至 info@waymarkenergy.com，我们一般会在 30 天内答复。

撤回同意后，我们可能无法继续为你提供相关服务，例如继续推进项目匹配。

8. 数据安全

网站全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输，管理后台只允许经过身份验证的管理员访问。

但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。请不要在初次提交中提供合同、银行信息或其他敏感文件。

9. 本说明的更新

我们可能会不时更新本说明，更新后的版本将在本页面公布，并注明生效日期。

1. Who we are

waymarkenergy.com is operated by Waymark Energy ("we", "us"), an information platform connecting overseas renewable energy projects with Chinese investors, with investment and financing advisory services.

2. What we collect

Information you submit: when you list a project, share an acquisition mandate or ask a question, we collect your company name, contact name, work email, project or investment details (such as country, size and stage), and your questions and descriptions.

Subscription details: the email address and language preference you provide when subscribing.

Technical information: to keep the site running and secure, our service provider Cloudflare may process access logs such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The administrator sign-in uses strictly necessary security cookies for administrators only.

3. How we use it

To review your submission and contact you, including replying to consultation requests, at the email address you provide.

To match buyers and sellers within the scope you agree to. We only publish anonymous summaries you have approved; any further disclosure requires your separate confirmation.

To send industry updates if you subscribe. Registered readers will be notified before emails begin, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and spam, and comply with applicable law.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We share your information only: (1) with a specific potential counterparty when you have separately and expressly agreed; (2) with service providers that host our website and database (currently Cloudflare), acting on our instructions; (3) where required by law or a regulator.

5. Storage and transfers

Your information is stored in a database provided by Cloudflare, whose servers may be located outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

6. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally deleting it within 24 months of our last contact with you, or earlier at your request unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, request deletion or unsubscribe by writing to info@waymarkenergy.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the related services, such as continuing a project match.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption throughout, and only authenticated administrators can access the admin area.

No internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not include contracts, bank details or other sensitive files in your initial submission.

9. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
